A4VG90 Hydraulic Pump

The A4VG series are swashplate-type axial piston variable displacement pumps, specifically designed for hydrostatic transmission in closed circuits. They cover a displacement range of 28 to 250 cc/rev (such as models A4VG90, A4VG125, etc.) to meet the requirements of high pressure and large flow.

Pressure Performance

Nominal Pressure: 400 bar (continuous working pressure);

Peak Pressure: 450 bar (short-term overload capacity), suitable for dynamic loads under harsh working conditions.

Flow Regulation and Closed-Circuit Characteristics

The output flow can be steplessly adjusted through the swashplate angle, and smooth bidirectional fluid flow switching is supported;

It is equipped with an internal make-up oil relief valve and a double high-pressure relief valve to achieve overload protection and make-up oil pressure control;

The closed-circuit design reduces system complexity and improves transmission efficiency.

A4VG90 Hydraulic Pump
